We currently provide doorstep return pickup services in Stafford, Fredericksburg, and Woodbridge, Virginia. Service availability may vary by location and pickup schedule.
What do I need to return?
Start your return with the retailer before pickup. Have your return label, QR code, or barcode ready. If needed, label printing, tape, and boxes are available for an additional fee.
How long does the process take?
Pickup times depend on availability. Choose an available time when scheduling, and once your return is collected, LUXT Returns will deliver it to the designated return location.

No. Refunds are determined and issued solely by the retailer. LUXT Returns provides pickup and drop-off services for approved returns and does not determine, process, or guarantee retailer refunds.
